A exposição repetida é um dos principais determinantes para a aceitação de alimentos pelas crianças1. Bebés que comem apenas uma pequena quantidade de um vegetal num primeiro contacto, consomem quantidades superiores nas exposições seguintes2. A exposição repetida a diferentes tipos de fruta e vegetais é um mecanismo de aprendizagem eficiente3-6 e relativamente fácil de implementar em casa e nas creches.
